Returns and Exchanges


While we hope you love your products, we totally understand finding the perfect fit online can be challenging. That is why we want to create an easy and seamless return and exchange process within a reasonable time-frame. Check out our terms below. 

  1. Returns and Exchanges: orders eligible for exchanges must begin the return process within 30 days of purchase by emailing us to ** Please note that eligible, non- final sale items, must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.  
  2. Final Sale: We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description. 
  3. Refunds: Store Credit will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). Any items that are damaged when we receive them will be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for Store Credit or Refunds. Store Credit does not include any shipping or handling charges. 
  4. Defect Item: Replacements will be issued if customer receives a defect item, as determined by quality assurance after receiving proof of defect. If the item is sold out or no longer available, a refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee, if applicable. Refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
